Tuna Melts with Lemon Mayonnaise Recipe

Ingredients :

  • 250 grams of Fresh Tuna Fillet
  • 2 Lemon / Lime
  • 2 tablespoons Margarine
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 5 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 5 tablespoons Mayonaise
  • Sugar, Salt and Pepper Powder to taste


Instructions :

  1. Smear the tuna with lime juice, then let stand for 10 minutes. 
  2. Steam Tuna for 30 minutes  
  3. After the tuna is steamed, shred / chop small pieces using a fork  
  4. Saute with margarine, Onion (half only) and the chopped garlic until it's fragrant
  5. After that add the tuna, stir and add the salt and pepper sugar, taste correction, if it feels right, turn off the fire.
  6. Take the Mangkok or container, half the chopped onion mixed with Mayonaise, then Enter stir-fried tuna before, stir until evenly distributed
  7. Mayo tuna is ready to be served .. 

Can be put in the refrigerator until it lasts for a week, so it can be stocked for lunch, sushi stuffing or salad dressing
