INGREDIENTS :
- 150 g Dark Chocolate
- 100 g Butter
- 2 eggs
- 60 g Sugar
- salt to taste
- 50 g Wheat flour
- 100 g Walnuts
- 20 g Fruit bit
TOPPING :
- 12 pieces of Marshmallow
- White Chocolate Coating
- dark brown to taste
STEP FOR MAKING CAKE :
- Place dark brown (150g) then heat until melted then stir evenly.
- Add butter 100 grams which has been cut small and then stir until dissolved.
- Add 2 eggs that have been stirred.
- Add 60 grams of sugar, salt to taste and stir evenly.
- Add 50 grams of wheat flour, 20 grams of fruit bits, 100 grams of walnuts.
- Stir until evenly distributed.
- Place the mixture in a square shape.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Cut into 12 pieces.
- Add marshmallows on the cake.
- Smear with a white chocolate coating (heated white chocolate).
- Draw the eyes and mouth on a white chocolate coating with dark brown while hot.
- Let stand until the white chocolate coating hardens.
